Love, life, death, creation, art, and God. The big themes of our story resonated strongly with us, as we hope they will with our audiences. The world of Barcelona is a world of artists who are continually working to define themselves as creators and struggling with the big questions of lives lived in service of art. How does life affect art? How does art affect love and vice versa? How does an artist tread between the borders of devotion, passion, obssession and madness? And how does family and the need for love fit into all of this?
The journey home for each of our characters ends differently, but ultimately, seems uniquely right for each and every one of them.
